Long Time No Updates!

Hey everyone, I know it's been ages since I last posted anything of the sorts. I've been uber busy with life. Work, maintaining my own sanity, and of course the boyfriend. Life's a roller coaster.
I'm here to update everyone on my book progress. Because of the fore mentioned, the editing progress has slowed. But the good thing is that after this last edit run through, I will be sending it out. I'll try to come back and write another journal post to let you all know when that happens.
For now, enjoy an updated self portrait shot I took of myself last month. XD Whoo.... because we all love to feel special and glorified. Hahaha.

HELLO my lovely friends!
I know it's been nearly a year since I last posted, well, anything. But I have exciting news to share!
My book is finally finished being written!! AHHH!!! It's crazy to think that just three years ago, I first began planning and writing my story. And now, it's complete.
There is still a long way to go before it's published, as now I'm in the BETA-Editing stage. But soon enough, I will be submitting for literary agents.

I'm BACK!

OMG, alright. So, here's the deal. After receiving my new art tablet for Christmas, I had finally finished working on a piece, a new doll! THEN, my power cord friggin' dies on me. For two week's I have been without my computer. It has been torture. But I'm back now, with a new power cord.
As for my dolls, I will continue to make new ones, it just won't be a regular thing.
As for my book, I can now continue writing. I'm on chapter 20, only the beginning as I was delayed from said above.
So that's about it, short and sweet.

Update # 6

Hello!!!!!! I know it's been like too long since I last made a journal entry. Well, I'm here to tell you some update facts.
After like 5 months of being stuck on re-editing chapter 6, I have finally finished it and have been able to move forward. For the life of me, I couldn't get past a certain part within the chapter. It was torture. Then on top of it, I was sick often with sinus issues, which made me even more lazy and tired and exhausted.
With that said, I'm still on Chapter 19. This is probably the second to last chapter of the book. Maybe third.
Funny thing is, just this past weekend, I was attempting to fall asleep, and an idea came to me for the start of book 2. So, I wrote it down, and began writing dialog for it too. Couldn't help myself. It was too good to stop and not think about.
On unrelated news, my sister is pregnant! She's having a baby girl!!!! I'm so excited and can't wait to be an Auntie. This will be the first niece in the family. She's due in May.
It has official begun to snow here in Minnesota. Great...... can you hear my enthusiasm? I hate snow. Honestly, I wouldn't mind having a snowless winter. It'd be nice for a change.
Anyways, that's about it for now.

Update # 5

Hello my Deviant friends! It's been a while, no? XD So, update time is due.
Book is going great, I'm now in the middle of chapter 18. I've started researching literary agents, and have started beta-edits with my close friends in my writers group. Pretty soon, I will be sending the first three chapters out to the agents to hopefully get them to love my book and want to pitch it to publishers. So, yay!!!!!! At that point, it will be playing to waiting game. See, once you send it to agents it becomes a month or two depending on the agent, then if they like it enough to pitch, it becomes another few months. Or at least, that's what I've researched. I could be wrong on how long with waits are.
On more random news: I have not forgotten about my internet family. I still visit when I can, and even though I may not comment or like a piece, I still see them and love them.
Life, has been stressful per usual. Financially I am burdened. Yay life! Who ever said that being an adult will be fun, lied. Haha.... I suppose it's fun when you don't have to constantly worry about your financial side of life. I do quite often, wish I could back to being a teen. Everything may not have made sense, but it was taken care of. Friends were still always around and not married or traveling for their job. Parents were still alive back then too. ( I don't want sympathy, it's in the past and I've moved on. ) (( But, I do appreciate the mental thoughts. *huggles* ))
Anyways, enough sappy ranting.
Just want to end my post with a - I love you all, and still think about you all. I will continue to keep everyone up to date as I get chances to do so.
