She's actually inspired by both the lotus flower and cherry blossoms. More of the Cherry blossom, but what kind of name would that be for a doll? "Cherry Blossom" so instead she's "Lotus Blossom"
The 1st in a series of "Flower Ladies". The Cherry Blossom.
The Cherry Blossom interpretation:
A flower whose elegance is mesmerizing. One would feel peace and serenity. If the Cherry Blossom were a person, her beauty would elude passerby's. [interpretation my own]
With each Flower Lady she will contain the flower in which she represents somewhere on her. Most likely in her hair.
